Andy co-leads the San Jose site for Servant Partners with his wife Janet. He founded San Jose Bridge Communities based on his conviction that service happens best in the context of friendship.

Program Director

Annabel grew up in East San Jose and has served here most of her professional career. She attended college locally, then earned her Masters degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. Annabel is passionate about seeing her community grow and achieve their dreams, and as the Program Director for SJBC, she is able to "be-with" her community to help with the process.

Katherine earned her Associate degree in Psychology at El Paso Community College and has been living in San Jose for 3 years. She is passionate about seeing youth breaking chains.

Eleanor grew up in southwest Idaho, studied Computer Science and Spanish in college, and moved to San Jose in 2021. She works full-time as a software engineer and volunteer with Bridge Communities. She enjoys teaching people of all ages how to use computers.

Matt spent 8 years working in philanthropic and political consulting before switching to more local work at the nexus of homelessness, church ministry, and small business. He is a native of the Bay Area and loves dancing and eating tacos.

Kayla currently works as a Human Resources Generalist and has spent her career working in the education and nonprofit fields. She grew up in the Northwest, but has been living in San Jose for three years now.

Luke is an Aussie/American who loves to come alongside leaders and organizations who are investing into people and communities. He’s lived in San Jose since 2010.

Cayla works as the internship coordinator for Servant Partners in San Jose. In addition to leading this 22-month intern program, she serves as the treasurer for her church, Shalom Iglesia del Pacto. She enjoys listening to audiobooks, admiring art and spending time with her daughter. Cayla and her husband Derrick live in the Mayfair neighborhood and are committed to the wellbeing of the community.
